Double Barrier Dopplebock - almost there.


After 2 weeks, I tried to pop a Double Barrier Dopplebock open. Flat. Dead flat. But, it tasted great. I gave it another week. Sooo close. Oh so close. One more week and it should be perfect.

The taste - nice and rich.  Malt and raisins.  Not boozy, but that 8.8% will come at you fast. I should make another batch asap and take advantage of the weather since I don't have a fermenting fridge.
